HÅLLBAR Green Condo: Minto 30 Roehampton Ave. Toronto

Featuring architecture by Rudy Wallman, and sophisticated interiors by II by IV Design, Minto 30 Roe at 30 Roehampton Ave. is the benchmark of excellence in sustainable construction. Building began in 2013, and according to the builder, 94 per cent of construction waste was diverted from landfill. The building was completed and occupied in 2016, receiving LEED Gold certification in August 2018.

Minto 30 Roe, a LEED® Certified project, received Gold level certification because of these great features:
